I love that it is so easy to create multiple entries in one go, without having to re-type every piece of information over again or have to search for where you've left off! We use this mainly as an inventory management software but there are times when we also need some quick reports created out of our maintenance database which can be done extremely quickly using this program - just enter all your details once at start up (rather than repeatedly) then click 'create report'. It would make my job easier if there was more flexibility around dates entered into each task instead being limited by month/year only option however even these could probably work better! Very simple interface, very basic functionality with no frills included within. The ability to easily add tasks / jobs etc has saved me loads of time rather than searching through various spreadsheets and databases trying to find what I'm looking for!!
