So far, very pleased to utilize and recommend MFDO!!!

I love MFBOs interface with my FMCSA software! It makes it so easy for me as CFI/PIC at our airport (and even out in GA)!! The support has been great too - they are always willing & able help us sort issues quickly through their ticketing process or via email if needed. Not much dislike about this product but maybe some users might be overwhelmed by how many options there could possibly BE?? Get familiar wth all available tools before you decide what will work best FOR YOU because we've found…

  • Interface is very user friendly
  • Great customer service team, quick response to emails / tickets.
  • Easy way keep everything organized within MFBOS database system without having one more headache like an excel spreadsheet that crashes constantly while trying copy data across 2 monitors when switching between tabs

Great Product That Gets The Job Done Well And Quickly

I love how easy it was for us as pilots/managers in our business jet fleet with many different companies onboard at any given time (ie Cessna Citation X)to use this one platform! It helped me keep track not only who had which plane but also what services were needed when we went into service or returned from them so there are no surprises later down line - everything's right under my nose all day long!! Great Product, Easy to implement!!!

I love how easy it was for me as well my entire team in training new hires at our facility! It has been great so far with what we've used thusfar but there are many other things you can do when using this software such as reporting outages or even just scheduling events which would be useful if not already available through their website (which i have yet too). Definitely give them some time before deciding whether they're right fit/company culture will align wtih yours; however once decided…

Great customer support. The team are very responsive and helpful.

Very pleased with the service so far. I think the team has great understanding of the industry and the products/services offered. They take the time to explain things in detail and help me understand how the software works. It's obvious they care about making sure I get the most value out of the software.
