Great audit software but it can be difficult to learn for new users

I like that it offers me all of my options for each audit item which is great! It's easy to use once you get used too them but there isn't any training offered so we had some issues getting started with our new user when they first came out years ago (we still haven’t figured everything since then). We have been pleased by how much faster than other companies this has taken us time off work just doing manual reviews vs waiting weeks or months after an employee leaves before starting their…

Great site and service, couldn't ask more from these guys

I liked how it was easy to use because there were no instructions or complicated steps involved in order for me to be able to easily understand what they have done so far with my account! It really helped me out since i am not very good at figuring things by myself sometimes but this website did all of that work for me which is great considering its free! Nothing as much yet.   • The amount time you spend talking with people who are there everyday, versus calling someone over at another store or across town really makes it easy when having issues come up during these calls/sessions because everyone knows why your doing something if its related directly back their job function.
