I haven't found anything about this online manual service that I dislike. It has been a great help for my business and gives me the ability to show my clients what areas need improvement. I like the fact that they have a lot of experience in the industry. They also have a lot of knowledge on the different types of audits we need to do. I think the fact that they can do a lot of different types of audits. I think the price is a little high. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to do an audit. It's helped us out a lot. We've been able to find some things that we didn't know were missing.
