So far, very pleased to utilize and recommend MFDO!!!
I love MFBOs interface with my FMCSA software! It makes it so easy for me as CFI/PIC at our airport (and even out in GA)!! The support has been great too - they are always willing & able help us sort issues quickly through their ticketing process or via email if needed. Not much dislike about this product but maybe some users might be overwhelmed by how many options there could possibly BE?? Get familiar wth all available tools before you decide what will work best FOR YOU because we've found multiple benefits from each tool used here @ BKMVGA.
Pros
- Interface is very user friendly
- Great customer service team, quick response to emails / tickets.
- Easy way keep everything organized within MFBOS database system without having one more headache like an excel spreadsheet that crashes constantly while trying copy data across 2 monitors when switching between tabs
