I love this yarn bowl, it's large (compared to most yarn bowls) and sturdy, but beautiful and well-crafted. Perfect for homemade yarn cakes spun on a yarn winder.Ps. I'm not understanding the complaints about the size and images of big old whole skeins of yarn sticking out of the bowl as - what - evidence (?) that the bowl is "small." Folks this is actually a LARGE yarn bowl. No yarn bowl is made for whole skeins of yarn! You have to turn your skeins into balls and cakes in order to use the bowl properly.
