Review on JanSport Superbreak Backpack in Classic Black: Superior Quality Kids' Backpacks by Charles Dean

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this backpack. I really expected more from Jansport as they are known for great bags. The material it's made of is good and seems durable, but the zipper design on the biggest pocket is terrible! There's a huge flap of material that's supposed to hide the zipper, but the problem is that it's so big you have to be meticulous to get the flap out of the way every time you unzip or unzip. It's not easy to ask a 12-year-old boy who has 5 minutes between classes to pack his things and hurry to the next class. The zipper had been zipped countless times in the short time he'd used it, and he was trying to be more careful. Then it is almost impossible to open the zipper because too much material is stuck there. I had to use pliers to try to loosen it and then the zipper just slipped off the rails rendering it unusable. Pretty bad for a $40 backpack that has been used for 2 months! Very dissatisfied!
