I have neuropathy in my legs. Even expensive shoes do not have sufficient cushioning. The pillow flip flops are the first shoe I tried that made me forget the pain. They also offer great support and don't bend or twist like flip flops. I have pink, green, orange and black. Everything is true to size except for the black pair which is a bit large.
