This tent is lightweight, compact, and is roomy. Yes it isn’t the easiest to set up or tear down, but it’s just like a regular tent. So if you know how to set up or tear down a basic tent, then this works just fine. I am glad there are metal spikes to secure the tent rather than the plastic that I have seen in other beach tent options. It easily fits two adults and a kiddo. The tent itself is sturdy and feels well-made. Obviously it’s a tent so don’t treat it like a timber fort and it will treat you well. I like that it has flaps on the windows so we can either open or close them depending on level of privacy desired and the sun we want to block out or allow. The door opens up and can be an entry way to leave the sandy shoes behind. For teardown, all you have to do is shove the tent back into the bag once disassembled and sling it over your shoulder to make the trek back to the parking lot. As with anything, I recommend setting up and tearing down as practice at home before an outing so you aren’t stressing out on-site. Cheers!
