This tent is lightweight, compact, and is roomy. Yes it isn’t the easiest to set up or tear down, but it’s just like a regular tent. Bought this product to have some privacy on the beach when putting on sunscreen, my swimsuit, while also having the option to sit in the shade, rather than fumbling with a beach umbrella. This is really compact when you fold it up. Sand doesn't stick to it so its very easy to shake out when you're ready to pack it up. This tent fits great in a carry on! It was super easy to set up and withstood pretty strong gusts of wind. Big enough for two people to comfortably lay in. Didn’t have any issues with rips or tears. Really easy to fold up and fit back in the bag it comes in. No complaints here.

We use it for sun protection at the beach but could use for overnight camping. Spacious, folds up to a small package easily.

Awesome beach tent. Very spacious, easy to setup and take down. It protected up from sun and even rain showers, it leaked a bit through the zipper, but we were very comfortable inside while the rest of people had to leave the beach

Only subtracting a star due to tent being a bit thin. Had a hard time contending with strong hawaiian winds but held up. Pretty good for the price.

What I expected. I am afraid the zipper will rip away from the thin fabric someday but that a problem for a different day. Just be gentle. Taking this on a plane with me to Hawaii!

This tent is easy to assemble and take down. It folds easily and comes in a handy case for transporting it. The floor flap is bi enough to accommodate several people and to keep the sand off. Great buy if you are a beach lover.

Bought this for a trip to Hawaii since it packed small and was light to fit in luggage. Expectations were low based on the price but I thought if it made it all 7 days in Hawaii and we tossed it before coming home it was still money well spent.It worked fantastic all week and we brought it home. I like the bags on the sides you can fill with sand to stop it from flying away unlike the countless people at the beach with umbrellas. Still looks brand new and ready to use on our next trip.

Set up several times at home and at the beach and the product condition has not changed. Expect several years of summer use. Not too large or heavy. Worked well as shade on the beach and I was able to set it up on my own even in moderately windy beach conditions. Sand shakes right out. Opening front that closes for temporary privacy such as changing or fixing inevitable bikini malfunctions is a plus.Only reason not 5 stars is because one could get a small normal camping tent with improved water

We've taken this on a couple trips now. It doesn't take up much room in my luggage, it is super easy to set up and to take down! It is very sturdy even with a little wind. Offers great protection from the sun when you need a break. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes to take beach vacations.

I love this beach tent, I really do-- I just set it up as a trial run in my living room in preparation for our beach trip tomorrow. One of the window mesh areas has several small rips in it, and one of the corner parts that the pole secures into was sewn short enough that the pole could not get into the plastic hole. Spent the day at the beach and the kids could rest in the shade with this tent. It took about 5 minutes to put up - very simple. There is an instruction sheet sewn into the carry bag so you always have it. Great quality over all, mesh windows for a breeze or use the shades to block the sun. Love it!

I like this tent and it will become a permanent beach day staple for us. I like that the window flaps can be open or closed to allow sun in or keep it completely shaded. It folds up small and it's easy to carry and transport. The only con is that it's not the easiest to assemble. It probably helps to have 2 people. When it was just me and the wind it was tough, and the wind almost won. Overall recommend though.

Good beach tent. I was easily able to set it up by myself. Loved that I could adjust flaps for airflow and shade as the sun moved. We did loose two stakes during our week and I could use a diagram of how to refold the tent to fit in the bag. We could also easily sit with my toddler inside.

It did exactly what we needed it to do for a good price. It's small and compact so it travels pretty well. Set up is a little work, similar to your basic two pole tent.

Seriously this is a necessity while going to the beach, especially for little ones. It’s big enough to sit and relax in and store all of your things that you don’t want to get sandy. And at the end of the day it was the perfect spot for us to change out clothes.
