I had high hopes for my trip at Uphily, where I planned to buy some new outfits and accessories, however the store did not live up to my expectations. The website was difficult to use, and as a result, I had a hard time locating the specific things that I was looking for. When I did finally find what I was looking for, the process of checking out was drawn out and unclear. There was a discrepancy between the garments I received and the ones pictured on the website. They were of low quality and did not fit correctly where they were supposed to. In addition, I was let down by the quality of the shoes and jewelry that I had purchased because they were of poor construction and broke after only a few uses. When I tried to get in touch with customer care for assistance, I received no response. This made the situation much more frustrating. They did not react to any of my emails, and there was constant activity on the phone lines. My time spent with Uphily was, on the whole, very aggravating, and I will not under any circumstances advise others to shop at their online store. Instead of spending your money here, look elsewhere for excellent goods and superior assistance from the merchants.
