I bought the Ellipse Plus Myofascial Releaser. It was accompanied by instructions with clear directions and good anatomical drawings. I have been using this tool for 2 months to relieve muscle pain as well as facial scarring for which I usually seek the help of a physical therapist. Could not keep appointments, was an adequate replacement. It works really well to relax muscles. It's large enough to cover large areas, but is still stable in the hand. The rough surface in the center helps hold even when using a plasticizer. It also has small finishes that I use on the arms and neck. The edges are precisely finished and the weight is perfect. It seems expensive for a medium, but it's worth the money.
