A different ballast was sent from what was purchased

I ordered this W/Prime ballast everything went fine but the ballast I received was part number ICN- 3P32-N which is for 3 lights and differs from the ICN-3P32-SC which was sent and ordered by me. So as there is no documentation on this part I had to find out if it can be used and it can, you only need to connect 2 out of 3 Blue wires per ballast it would be helpful if this information was provided. I see some DIYers would send it back as the wrong part, plug it in anyway and it works as it should.
