I like that if your customer has a problem you can send them the file and they can print and reply with their own fax number, they can use their own fax server if they have one and it works with any faxing software, I haven't run into compatibility issues. As stated previously, you can use your own fax server or you can use eGoldFax's fax server. I like that my customer can send me a fax with my number and then fax it back with their number without going through a call center, this saves me money and increases my productivity because I only have to fax the document once. Easy to use to send and receive faxes. Easy to configure. Easy to add more fax numbers. It's free. No software to install. Email gateway is not available on the market. Easy to integrate with the other applications. The interface is well organized. The documents are stored in the cloud. Easy to retrieve the documents from anywhere and anytime. Easy to send and receive faxes. Easy to track the faxes. The documents can be tracked easily.
