I love the Kasina! I am busy so I mainly use it when I need to such as when I wake up in the middle of the night to help me fall back asleep (it has also caused a handful of lucid dreams after middle of the night use), when I need to get up and am tired after not getting enough sleep or when I get home from work and am fatigued. I do also love using it for relaxation and watching the spectacular kaleidoscope of colors. If I were retired I would use it even more often. I thought I would like the goggles better than the glasses but I found I prefer to close my eyes while using it. You can add tracks to the Kasina but it comes with so many that I love I haven't bothered to add any. I also appreciate that it is not bluetooth so I am not radiating my brain while using it. The company has fabulous customer service. I wish I had known about mind machines decades ago!
