This is an amazing product! I use it with a sweet spot club and a 7x7 golf net for practice. As a batting coach, I see a lot of kids struggle to get extra time on contact with the ball. The idea of heavy balls makes them hit through the ball because if they don't, the weight of the ball will force the racquet back into contact. Using these microballs also helps develop hand-eye coordination for training so that when an attacker sees a regular sized ball, it looks like a watermelon the size of a watermelon. An amazing product for players of all ages and levels. Great idea and Power Net product!
