I have to admit that I am quite dissatisfied with the quality of the products that I recently got from Vecomfy for my four-legged companion. I was hoping that the items would be of a higher standard. The dog clothes and accessories displayed in the photographs appeared to be adorable and cozy, but upon closer inspection, it was revealed that they were of poor quality construction and would not last very long at all. My dog was not kept as warm as promised by the apparel since it was made of a thin and flimsy fabric that was poorly constructed. The stitching was of poor quality and started coming undone after only one wash. Despite carefully following the size chart that was supplied on the website, the sizing was extremely inaccurate. When I contacted their customer care to enquire about an exchange or refund, they did not respond to my questions. This made the situation much more frustrating. I called and emailed several times, but got no response from you. I tried it multiple times. It is intolerable that there is a lack of communication and a readiness to address concerns raised by customers. In general, I am disappointed that I made the decision to buy from Vecomfy, and I would never suggest that anybody else do the same. I feel like I wasted my money on products of inferior quality and received terrible service from the company I purchased them from. To spare yourself the headache, consider going elsewhere to purchase for your pet's necessities.
