I would like to give a better rating. My son wanted this scooter so I read the specs, read the reviews and made the purchase. The scooter arrived around 4:00 p.m. and by 4:45 p.m. he was unable to ride it because the tire came off the wheel. He said there was something wrong with the driving. My son is not a fan. He has been riding for many years. Rides in the skate park and does tricks. In all the years he's been riding and in all the scooters we've bought (none as expensive as this one) this has never happened to him. Even on his first Walmart Razor scooter. The saddest thing for my son is not being able to ride his new scooter within an hour of receiving it and the saddest thing for me is that I emailed the company with pictures of the defect and never got a reply.
