Review on πŸ”§ Enhanced Bessey WS 6 Angle Clamp by Neil Biondo

Revainrating 5 out of 5

High-quality corner clamps - worth their price.

I had two ws-3 bessey clamps and bought these two to have the right set. However, I misunderstood the size of the ws-6 clamps and realized they were twice the size of the ws-3 when I took them out of the box. But aside from the ws-3 being significantly more powerful than the ws-3, the ws-6 has a much larger cutout where you can place a second piece of wood for an easy butt joint. Also, on ws-6 you can see that both pieces of wood are flush with the ground, while on ws-3 you can only see one piece of wood hitting the surface, making it much harder to tell if the bottom joint is on the ground is same level. I put my extra money into another ws-6 and am selling my ws-3s. Ws-6 is such a better clamp that there is no point in leaving smaller clamps. So they're going to rotate your joints 90 degrees? I created the frame using 2x4 studs that were 96" on one side and 24" on the other and after measuring the angles they were offset by 1/16". It's up to you what the tolerance is, but I think these clamps do the job just fine.
