So I bought it in April and it never worked. The tension is gone since I took it out of the box, I adjusted and adjusted the tension. I bought new bobbins AND a new bobbin case. Still does not work. I even emailed Janoma and they couldn't help because I ordered it from Revain and not the retailer. I spent more than 2 months trying to get it to do what it was supposed to do and finally I packed everything up and it's been there ever since. I went back to my heavy singer. Get this car instead! This Janome sucks.
