This recorder is great. I ordered it based on what I read online about what it can do. The sound quality is excellent, as is the microphone. This recorder offers you the possibility to use a micro SD card to record your files. You can also choose the quality of the recording files. Transferring files to your computer takes less than a minute, but only a few seconds. The recordings are compatible with both Windows Media Player and other players on your computer. You can also record in MP3 format, which is compatible with many programs on your computer. I bought this voice recorder for an interview and it worked very well. Three microphones on the recorder ensure very good sound when recording. I also tested the voice recorder with a microphone and it recorded very well with the microphone. In addition, this voice recorder has an FM radio and a headphone jack. You can also adjust the microphone sensitivity depending on how loud or quiet you want the recorder to record. The best I can say about this recorder is that it has a recording level that lets you know if you're speaking too loud, too soft, or just right. When playing my recordings, everything sounded crystal clear and the volume was just right. Thanks to the post level screen, I don't have to edit my posts. A recording level is very important to me as I used to have a digital recorder that did NOT have a recording level screen and when I played my clips the interview was a bit distorted because the mic was too close to the speakers. If this earlier recorder had a recording level, this problem would not have arisen. With this entry I have completed the editing, but the correction took a long time. So I suggest having a recorder with a recording level so you can determine how loud or quiet the recordings are. This was the best digital recorder I have ever had and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality digital recorder. There are other recorders out there that can and seem to be better, but this one is great for me. I am very satisfied with this product.
