I have an Eco 3600 reusable printer. I didn't have access to the printheads to use syringes. Instead, I soaked a paper towel in Magic Bullet liquid and placed it under the print head. You can find videos on the Internet that describe how to do this. You will need to leave the paper towel under the printhead for about 4 hours. Then you need to clean the printhead with the printer maintenance function. Then your printer will print like new (better than new in my case).
