I like that it is easy to use. It's not too difficult to set up and has many features. The support team is also very helpful. There are quite a few options available in terms of templates, so you can pick what works best for your business. There is a lot of room for improvement, but so far we haven't found anything we dislike. We have been able to sync our Outlook calendars with Google Calendar in order to have a more seamless calendar experience for our employees. This allows them to view their schedule as well as submit timesheets online instead of having to write it all down manually.
