Review on ☕ Calphalon 14-Cup Programmable Stainless Steel Drip Coffee Maker with Glass Carafe, Enhanced Performance Heating by Jon Odom

I liked the coffee maker for three months - beautiful, brews excellent coffee, I was very happy with the purchase. Then the glass carafe shattered in the sink. Dealing with Calphalon support was a nightmare. You can't reach them on their phone number because you're on standby for hours and you hear a recorded message inviting you to visit their website. If you do this, you'll get a plethora of surveys and then a plethora of emails. I gave them all this information many times just to get silence from them. After sending another message complaining about the lack of a response, I finally got a response that they didn't have replacement carafes but they would certainly let me know if they were in stock. In the meantime, they resell these machines, which tells me they have decanters. The machine cannot be used with any other decanter, so now it's just a piece of junk. I spent $100 on a car that lasted three months. I will never buy Calfalon again.
