Note that this review is long, but I think it's worth reading (and hopefully a little interesting). So I've had this case and keyboard for a little over two years now. It has served me well, but I don't usually leave many reviews. Probably because I don't like repeating things I haven't had in a while, and then when I do I usually forget to go back and do it. So what made me leave a review for this cover after such a long time? Let me tell you the story of my stupidity and colossalness of this product (I don't know a word, it is now). Wear and tear and I was wondering if I couldn't just get a replacement cover without the keyboard (since the keyboard is still fully functional) so overall it was just a thought. Like I said, the keyboard still works great. To be honest I don't get to use the keyboard much (actually I don't use it when I'm typing this. Maybe I should switch) but I literally just charged it. twice? maybe three possessions in two years! I know how to turn it off to be honest, but it's also good that it turns itself off and wakes up quickly so it lasts a long time on a charge. The bottom corner of the S Pen broke off a while ago because I dropped it, and it still held the tablet well, so I wasn't in a hurry to replace it. Also, I lost one of the little inserts on the rim which I think should hold the valve shut and maybe help keep it shut. Again, I think it's gone from autumn. Then about a month ago I was on a business trip. This is where things get really good (or bad, depending on how you look at it). I was unloading my cat to go to my hotel after a long drive and apparently put my tablet on the passenger side of my car and forgot about it. Later I went to go get something to eat. As I turned onto the interstate (about a quarter mile from the hotel, by the way), I heard a loud bang in my trunk and pulled over almost immediately, thinking I'd hit something (thankfully it was late and there wasn't much movement). ). I saw something on the rear window and when I got out I saw it was my keyboard. Needless to say, I was very upset to find that my tablet had just been thrown out of a car on the freeway. I was desperately looking for it and found it (without a cover) on the street. I then continued searching with my phone's flashlight and finally found a case. I just assumed that the tablet was destroyed and the case was unusable. I WAS WRONG! Aside from some cosmetic damage from slipping on the road after falling out of the case at over 50km/h, the tablet works perfectly! The camera is scratched, but strangely enough, you don't notice it when you launch the camera app. Case worn but still fully functional! In fact, the tablet is in it while I type. Do you need a new suitcase? Yes! would i take another one No chance! Are there others who could protect him more? I'm guessing there might have been some kind of big rubberized case (again, maybe this would have been a year ago). But most of them don't have a keyboard either, let alone one that works as well (I'd say my only complaint is that the keyboard doesn't have a delete key, which doesn't mean much at the moment!). All I can say in summary is that without this case, at best my screen would have been smashed, at worst a $200 tablet would have shattered. Will I ever do something stupid like that again? Probably! But I believe my case will protect my tablet! Buy, great case, great protection and good price!
