Okay, first of all it stinks, you put it on your lips and it stinks, you can imagine how it tastes. Rough! Second, it's so hard and thick that it gets lumpy when you try to put it on your finger, making it difficult to spread on your lips. Third, this is NOT a moisturizer, but rather a medication in the form of a solid, thick petroleum jelly. But to say everything works my lips have been so sore for weeks and after using it every night for a week my lips have healed. DAN JUST PUT THIS DAMN ESSENTIAL OIL OR SOMETHING TO SMELL BETTER. I could handle everything else.
