Review on 🌑 Noctua NH-U9S chromax.Black: Premium 92mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler in Sleek Black Design by Jay Sterns

I installed this on an i7 HTPC/lightweight gaming rig with a couple of old SLI 970s. I bought this fan to replace one Fan that could not exhaust the HTPC efficiently enough that it had to work twice as hard, which as we all know is terrible for our processors. I ended up here thinking I needed the thinnest fan profile that could fit in my HTPC case -- you know, no measurements or anything. In any case, this fan will easily fit in a HTPC SilverStone case (Grandia GD09) (if you are building an HTPC, you should seriously consider this or other fans in this series for your builds). I have a lot of experience installing fans on PCs. Strange, I've never installed a Noctua fan before. With that in mind, I've never installed a fan as quickly as the NH-U9S. I have the black version which is identical to its beige/brown counterpart but I don't see any difference between the fans. a lot of noise. What belongs? No? Exactly.
