I’m a fan of these Cartints collapsible food bowls. The biggest, extra large bowl holds about 40 ounces, while the large holds about 27, the medium 16 and the small around 12. Collapsible is a plus when storing them. One way is to collapse all the bowls and store them separately with their lids attached. The design is smart. It also lets me leave the biggest bowl expanded to hold the other three bowls and lids. The set matches what I look for: dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe. Made of silicone, the bowls are noticeably thicker and more pliable than the plastic storage containers sold at every grocer. I expect these will last much longer than those thin plastic containers with snap-on lids. These bowls seal tightly with lids that snap on and folding, lock down tabs. If I had to guess where any of these bowls or lids might fail first, my guess would be with the folding tabs. If it happens, I think it would only be after a lot of time and use, and they’d still probably be the better buy for longevity. All things considered, I love and recommend this set of storage bowls for their ability to keep food fresh and for taking up less storage room.
