You can't go wrong with this purchase. Price and quality are equally matched. I recommend using all items for daily activity and action shooting. (Stay away from skydiving and underwater activities). The direct uses I wanted to use are: carry case, head cam with strap buckle, selfie stick, mini tripod and wrist strap. The tote bag uses a constructive zipper, and the body (compartments) is large. 3M adhesive pads attach the belt buckle to my ATV helmet. The pads are secure enough to hold my Hero-7. I'm also impressed with the lightweight, durable selfie stick. Different lengths adjustable with quick turning and locking function. A mini tripod is simply a mini tripod that is perfect for almost anything. I plan to use it to support hero-7 from a branch for pics while riding the trails. I think my favorite thing is the bracelet. My hands should be free when shooting the video. I can just point in the direction I want to capture and record anything from a handshake to a 360 degree action. The rotation is secured with a #1 Phillips head screw (screwdriver not included). The other items included in the package clearly make this trip a MUST.
