I want you to like it and give it 5 stars. And I will if I get support from Revain, the retailer or the manufacturer. So until then 1 star. My package had previously been opened and was missing components such as a built in fuse holder and other small accessories but not the essentials. So my mistake was to wait a year and 5 months before installing it (or even looking at it). I installed it and at first it seemed to work. But only for a few seconds. Then it started jerking. I checked my new trailer wiring and also checked the car wiring with a trailer tester. Now I wasted my time and money installing this product and I don't have what I paid for. I don't know yet if I will buy another one or find another product/brand. Will be updated. The seller was "Tow Ready" and was sold by Revain. I'm not sure where the quality control process broke down.
