I don't use anything else
I have been a smoker for 25 years and have been using it since I came across it over ten years ago. I've never had cavities, I've never used a whitening system (but I get compliments on my white teeth all the time). I use it with an electric toothbrush for best results and then gargle with peroxide in my mouth. (I finally quit smoking and I still do, and my teeth are whiter than ever.)
