I almost didn't buy them as the reviewer said they didn't fit the 116.31069110 Upright Vac which I needed. But when I read the reviews I noticed another reviewer who said it was. I tried ordering them from Sears where they ended up in reserve for almost 2 months and cost more. For the price it was worth a try and we found them perfect. The strap we removed was stretched twice as much as these and they are definitely a very snug fit, not easy to install but they fit. I found out from my machine's operator's manual that I was using my attachment functions incorrectly, which caused the belt to wear out quickly on this particular model. I encourage you to pull out this manual and read through it quickly if you also need to change belts too quickly.
