Clamps do not tighten around bars

As mentioned in another review, clamps do not tighten around bars to the point where the head of one of the bolts breaks off. However, the rods are free to enter the clamps and slide even though the screws are fully tightened. I see this product only has potential if the parts fit/work properly.
