Bought the 2TB version during the Black Friday sale for $429 which is a STEAL considering the price was 800 a few months ago US dollars (now US$629). First, let me say this SSD is BLAZING FAST. I'm using it with a 2016 15" MacBook Pro. I get 833MB/s on Write and 880MB/s on READ with the Black Magic Disk speed test. it, and it took 52 seconds. Do the math backwards...45GB/ 52 seconds is 0.865 (GB/s), which makes sense because it's 865 (MB/s), which is even faster than the 833 (MB/s) write speed I got in Black Magic Disk speed test is just crazy. This drive transfers 86.5% of 1GB every second. Only $429 for 2TB of it was a steal. It's totally worth the usual $629.
