Review on 🔥 MS200 Stryker Multi-Fuel Hiking Camping Stove by Camp Chef by Karoly Reddick

So first off, this is my first experience with this type of gear. I've included some pictures to explain how it works and how it differs from other Camp Chef models and other brands. The only significant difference is the size. The Jetboil Zip (pictured) has a volume of 0.8 liters while the MS200 has 1.3 liters. For individual tourists, that makes a huge difference. The capacity of the MS200 sits between the Jetboil Flash (1 liter) and Sumo (1.8 liter) ovens, but I couldn't compare the overall size. This model can use both isobutane and propane and this is accomplished with a threaded adapter and an optional tank stand. Propane tanks have a different connection method (hence the adapter) and tank bottom (hence a different stand). Whether you need isobutane or propane I'll leave to the experts, but the short answer I found was that isobutane is more efficient and works better in the cold, while propane works better at high altitudes using a cylinder from your other stoves. The Camp Chef oven has a built in igniter, which is a great feature that some other brands don't have. The handle is very strong and the lid is easy to remove and put back on. Assembly and storage are as easy as with the Jetboil and significantly cheaper. Camp Chef doesn't have a color-changing indicator, however, but you'll know it's simmering when it starts to shake (a rolling boil will do the trick). Since I've only used it to boil water, I can't comment on the sensitivity of the flame "dial". but hopefully I can continue in a few weeks after my next trip. I'll also see if I can compare it to another Jetboil model. I've included "storage" photos to show how it all fits together, but I think a propane stand (and isobutane tank) would work better if it was reversed.
