There is nothing wrong with this product. Have tried different brands but this is the best. I have a joint condition that causes widespread chronic pain and muscle spasms, making it very difficult for me to sleep well. I also tend to get a lot of anxiety, which isn't conducive to relaxation either. My pain doctor recommended magnesium supplements, but no matter what I tried, I had digestive issues. I heard about magnesium flakes from a holistic pharmacist and was quite skeptical, but they work! Magnesium is absorbed through the skin, so you don't experience any digestive side effects, and it works much faster than pills. As I said, I have tried several brands and this one is my preference because the added lavender and cedarwood essential oils really help calm the mind and magnesium helps with muscle spasms, joint pain, restless legs and just relaxes the whole body. . It smells amazing too! You can use it as a foot bath if you don't have a bath it should work the same although I've never tried it. Great pain relief plus mind and body relaxation! Amazing product!
