I have fibromyalgia. I try to do Epson salt baths about three times a week. I lay in the bath for about an hour. These magnesium chloride flakes don't require much product and they work much better than regular Epson salts. I will continue to use them. I felt much better, my muscles no longer ached from nervousness. I relaxed and that's what I can usually do. Thank you for making this product.

I have trouble sleeping and have tried many different products including melatonin and herbal sleep aids. None of these things worked, but soaking your feet overnight did! I relax immediately and fall asleep easily after soaking. Has a very pleasant smell. Just make sure you read the sachet, don't use very hot water or the magnesium won't be absorbed into your skin. There is nothing wrong with this product. Have tried different brands but this is the best. I have a joint condition that causes widespread chronic pain and muscle spasms, making it very difficult for me to sleep well.
