Visol Stainless Steel Vacuum Wine Stopper fits the bottle and was easy to install. I was able to remove the air by pumping the filling 10-12 times. At this point, the stop pump stayed in the down position, indicating that air pressure was holding it back. When I removed the stopper, there was a sound as air was sucked back into the bottle, indicating it was working. I felt like some air seeped back into the bottle during the night because the cork was a bit bigger than it was. I feel this cork works better than most and if it doesn't let air in that's a plus as most corks just seal the bottle and don't expel air.
