This case offers great protection and two fold-up legs for lifting the laptop for better ergonomics, but it also has a few pitfalls that I want to point out. I end up sending it back after installing for a few days. Good protection carries a lot of weight. The bottom is fine, but after attaching the lid, the laptop screen will fall off automatically once you close it at a certain angle. I'm not sure if this will happen if you open it at a certain angle.2. The lower case clip is too thick and the engineer designed some clips on the front of the laptop, which makes the screen not close properly because the edge of the screen was blocked by the thick lower case clips. This design results in much higher pressure on the edge of the screen, making it dangerous when the pressure on the screen gets high. I compared it to the case I used on my old MBP 13. The clip on the old case is much thinner and only fits 2 sides of the keyboard, so the clip doesn't block the screen nor bother the user while they're typing.3. As several other reviewers have pointed out, the build quality of the cases isn't very perfect. You will notice many places where the plastic is uneven and rippled where the plastic is being injected into the mold.
