Review on Inspectlet by Juan Wilson

Inspectionlet is easy to use, has all features needed for our purposes, and offers great support. Nothing at this time. We have been using it since 2016 to help us improve our website. It helps us identify user behavior and the problems we are facing. This way we can take immediate actions and fix them in order to achieve better results. The best thing about inspectionlet is that you can set up your own rules and alerts so you don't need to pay attention to every single change on your website. We are using inspectlet for our ecommerce website, it is very easy to use and has helped us get insights into what users do after they reach our site. I have not come across any downsides yet but there could be some features that we would like to see in this product as well. It's been great working with them so far. They've done an amazing job of understanding our business needs and helping us grow our online presence.
