The chemical smell from this was very strong and if you're sensitive to the smell you'll need to air it out like I did on my tanning bed for a week - before bringing it indoors. What I also didn't like is that the corners are kinked and so far it hasn't been possible to straighten them even with heavy objects. The color is as close as possible to the color of the litter. It catches a small amount of debris that hits the mat, allowing only a few pieces to be tracked by the mat. Due to the nature of the material, dirt that falls onto the carpet is difficult to sweep up and is best removed with a handheld vacuum, but mine is too far from the bathroom.
