Review on Sylvania QTP4X32T8 Universal Instant Start Fluorescent HID Ballasts by Eric Pavelko
Not supplied with lamp holders
Dead ballast replaced. Problem fixed and fits perfectly. The only problem is attaching the old lamp retaining clips to the ends of the lights. Shouldn't be a big problem. The wires are twisted from the old clips to replace the new ones.
