I originally ordered a YosaToo tablet for toddlers which comes in a penguin case, it arrived and on the second day the power up buttons worked and volume buttons no more . Had it replaced and the top part of the screen when replacing the touch sensitivity didn't work. Mind you I ordered two, one for my 3 year old daughter and one for my 2 year old grand-niece and my grand-niece is still using it with no problems but I wasn't planning on replacing my daughters with the same tablet so I did done it started shopping and came across this tablet. The preloaded Disney videos caught my attention, but further reading turned out that these tablets had excellent storage capacity, Android 10.0 operating system and both cameras were the best I found among several tablets I reviewed and compared before buying and I'm glad I chose this tablet because it's fantastic! It's even faster than my phone, the battery life is good, the shoulder strap and pouch are great and definitely the right fit for my little rough neck! I'm also impressed with the preloaded kids apps. Personally, I don't use parental controls, but this is a great additional feature that I would use in other circumstances and would recommend to parents looking for this option. Another key difference between this tablet and others is a two-year warranty! This was another important consideration when choosing this tablet, as several others offered a warranty option that had to be purchased separately. This tablet might cost a few dollars more than others, but you get what you pay for. that it's protected for two years, and the joy of the ease for my 3 year old to make it without running to mom and whining because it's not working properly is priceless to that mom. My grand niece loves her second tablet but I would rather return it and buy her another! I'm afraid your daughter will soon stop working properly while my daughters are still healthy and without any problems! The only suggestion I would like to make is to better mount the stylus to the case. It falls out of the suitcase holder so she lost it many times and I just keep it until she needs it so it doesn't get lost in between a million toys! I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER WHO RECOMMENDS THIS TABLET FROM ALL THE OTHERS OFFERED FOR KIDS!
