I love it, I bought it for my camper to replace MoFi that comes with ring Cameras didn't work. He had no problems with that. It's amazing that it has 4 sim slots (2 for each carrier) and I can use both t-mobile and vzw sims at the same time without replacement and have them in a failover configuration. The built-in web interface is easy to understand and very simple (I don't use their centralized remote device management, I don't need it). Haven't tried QOS yet, can try later. There are some features for commercial use (BGP, OSPF, etc.) that most private buyers don't need (unless you have a personal AS number, which is unlikely :) For personal use - it gets quite a good 4G signal with internal antennas and WiFi performance is adjustable. Overall very happy with the device, will update my support experience if I need to contact them later.
