Update: after seeing my negative review the seller contacted me and offered to return the money. The refund period has expired and Revain didn't give me a chance to contact them so I really appreciate that. They claimed their supplier had a faulty chip no matter what the cost. I feel whole so I give them one star. Original rating: Note: The test sheet shown should have one black, two blue, two magenta and two yellow stripes - a whole blue stripe is missing! The printer assumes that white lines may be missing from any of the seven bands, but not the entire line. However, I've done a few cleanings, including a deep clean, and no change. The printer reports 70% ink for all colors and I get one of two blue bars on the test page, but when I print something that uses blue it's clear that it doesn't mix with blue. I ordered these a few months ago but continued to care for my current cartridges until they ran out of ink. I was happy with these eject cartridges as they printed much better than the almost empty cartridges I was using. However, it has now been 3-4 weeks of sporadic printing (10-20 pages total) and blue no longer works. So now I have to buy a new color cartridge. It's basically $2-4 per page - I could have gotten a lot more pages for that money on FedEx!
