I like all of their features, they are very helpful for connecting people who do not have access to technology such as myself. They also allow you to connect from anywhere in the world which is great because we want our customers to be able to see us no matter where they are located. There can sometimes be issues with connection but that's just something minor, nothing major. We use this service through my job so there has been some benefits by using this software. It allows me to call out to different locations around the country without having to go back into work each day.
