Complete basic heat gun. If you're looking for a no-frills heat gun, this one will get the job done. What's even better is what's included at such a low price. Nozzles for each heat gun are needed for that extra control, which you'd pay twice as much for at the big department stores. Like I said. Good bang for the buck. The only test left is time. My only regret is that I didn't pay a little more for the adjustable temperature control. I could then add and subtract depending on the thickness of my shrink wrap. This is too much for thin connector shells for smaller diameter heat shrink tubing. 20 gauge or smaller, heats up very quickly. So just turn on the heat and step back or you'll melt it. Very good for removing labels on metal and glass and paint from wood and metal. I find more uses than ever before, although I could use a heat gun to make my life easier. i really like it
