It's VERY difficult. Don't trust the description.
Product description says "Size: 29"*2.6", fits waist size 25" to 36". My waist is 30 inches and I can hardly breathe putting this on. Marshmallow with a cord in the middle. I can technically wear it, but it's too tight to wear. I would say if your waist is over 27 inches then stay away. Despite the misleading sizing, I'm giving this three stars because the actual construction of the strap itself is excellent. It's very well made and great. I would highly recommend this belt if you think it will fit you!
