I have followed the size chart in the product images. I'm size 34, so I ordered size M. I didn't think it would fit, but it fit perfectly, even after washing and drying. It fits snugly around my waist and the inner pants (black) are also snug. Not too tight, just tight. The two outer shorts (white) are slightly cut off. Pockets are nice to have: an additional zipped pocket on the right side and a fixed opening that allows you to connect wired headphones to a device in a hidden pocket on the inner shorts.
