the light is too soft and makes your eyes tired. Before that I used 1 medium sized energy saving bulb and it illuminated the whole room with bright white light. I recently hung a ceiling fan that requires two A19 bulbs so I decided to give it a try and it's still nowhere near as bright as my old bulb in the part of my room that isn't directly under the light attachment . looks dark. I have to reattach and reseat the warm white (orange) lightbulbs that came with the fan as even they put out more light than the fan.
